Why it is worth something
Anyone can put a sign up saying they are honest. Approved repairer status means an outside organisation has actually looked at the workshop, the qualifications, the equipment and the way jobs are quoted and invoiced — and that they will keep looking.
For you it means there is a standard we are held to and somewhere independent to go if we ever fall short of it. We have held the approval for years and intend to keep it.
You do not have to be an NRMA member
Approved repairer status is about how we work, not about who you are with. Everyone gets a written quote, the same explanation of what we found, and the same standard of work regardless of what insurance or roadside cover you hold.
How we quote
We inspect first, then call you with what we found, what it will cost, and what can safely wait. If we get into a job and discover something else, work stops and you get another call before anything else is done. You will not get an invoice with items on it you never agreed to.
Every service we offer is covered
The standard applies across the workshop — servicing, diagnostics, brakes, transmissions, air conditioning, auto electrical, tyres and safety inspections. It is not a separate service you book; it is how the whole workshop operates.
